Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product please return it within 15 days for a full refund or exchange on the item. Please do not remove any tags and make sure product is not soiled. Send your item via UPS, FedEx, certified mail or any other carrier that provides insurance and tracking. tennislady.com is not responsible for any items lost in transit. We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs once we receive merchandise (please allow 2-3 business days). After 15 days of purchase, tennislady.com will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale. If we made an order error or your item is defective, please contact us at cs@tennislady.com or call 925-218-2335. Please note that all items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Instructions for returning products to tennislady.com:

1. Send us an email at cs@tennislady.com including your full name, address, day time phone number, item you are returning, reason for the return, order number and whether you would like us to credit your account, or exchange the item.

2. Wait for a return authorization from cs@tennislady.com.

3. Mail items to:

4. We reccommend you ship your product with a carrier that provides insurance and tracking as we are not liable for items lost or damaged en route to tennislady.com. Please note we do not refund shipping costs on return or exchange items where we are not at fault.

5. Turnaround time for exchanges is 2-3 weeks if the item is in stock.
